Custom design services

How it custom design works,

  1. Pay the design fee. (if you decide you want to add or remove options it can be done later)
  2. Submit your requirements. The more specific, the closer we can get on the first go.
  3. You will receive a CAD drawing with dimensions. I will provide feedback based on my experience if I think it will work, or you may want to look at some different option.
  4. If you approve of the design I will start the manufacturing process. If not, I will redesign based on your changes until we get a product you are happy with.
  5. Once the trolley is completed, you will receive a picture of the trolley and a tacking number.

If you need a trolley and can’t find one that suits your needs, I can custom design one based on your requirements. I can create one in just about any size, thickness and number of axles. Some of the designs I have done in the past are for garage lifts, X,Y trolley system, and custom trolley for use in side of an enclosed trailer track system. Turn around time is about 3 days. You can also email me what you are looking at doing and I will provide input, or let you know if I already have a file on hand that will work in your situation.
